Once again, our cook, Ms. Alicia has won our Annual Thanksgiving Feast Cooking Contest with her awesome AND SIMPLE Cornbread Dressing recipe. This recipe holds the Kid's World title for best side dish 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012!!!

WHAT YOU NEED:

2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Stalk Celery
2 Bunches Green Onion
12 Packs Cornbred Mix (Corn Kits Mix)
1 Stick Butter (melted)
12 Eggs
Milk
4 - 14 oz. can vegetable broth
Season Salt and pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS:

1. Make cornbread as directed in a large foil turkey pan.
3. Cool and put in a large bowl and crumble up.
4. Dice bell pepper, celery, and greeon onion and add to crumbled cornbread.
5. Boil turkey necks and de-bone and finely chop then add to the mix.
6. Melt stick of butter and add to mix with season salt and pepper. Add can of vegetable stock, 1 can at a time until you get a moist mixture. You want the mixture to be moist but not too moist because if too moist it will be runny. Add the mixture to the same foil pan you baked the cornbreak in. Bake for at least 45 minutes (to 1 hour) or until brown. Feeds 20 to 30 people.
