Apple Snack Wedges



  
Ingredients
  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 cup(s) Rice Chex®, crushed  (may substitute granola)
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter (may substitute yogurt)
Cooking Directions
  1. Core apples; cut each into six wedges. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Put chex in a small shallow bowl. Spread cut sides of apples with peanut butter; roll in cereal mixture. Serve immediately.
