Chewy Chocolate Chip
Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie
Kid friendly "on the go" breakfast
treat! Substitute the chocolate chips for walnuts or raisins for an extra
healthy treat! They almost taste like mini banana nut muffins.
- 2 medium
ripe mashed, bananas (the riper the better)
- 1 cup of
uncooked quick oats
- 1/4 cup
chocolate chips, walnuts, or raisins
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray non-stick cooking sheet with
cooking spray.
Combine mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the
chocolate chips and place a tablespoon of each on the cookie sheet. Bake
15 minutes. Makes 16 cookies.
