Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- 1 cup(s) Rice Chex®, crushed (may substitute granola)
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter (may substitute yogurt)
Cooking Directions
- Core apples; cut each into six wedges. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Put chex in a small shallow bowl. Spread cut sides of apples with peanut butter; roll in cereal mixture. Serve immediately.
