1 3/4 Nabisco Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 c. softened butter
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
2 t. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
Crust:
Blend crumbs, butter and 1/4 c. sugar and press mixture firmly agains bottom and sides of an 8 inch spring form pan. Place in refridgerator while you make filling.
Filling:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend sour cream. Mix well and put filing into crumb prepared pan.
Prehead oven to 350 and bake 60 - 70 minutes. Allow cake to cool in pan. Chill for 4 hours.
