Egg, Canadian Bacon 'N' Cheese Muffin

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients:
1 slice or Canadian bacon or deli ham
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Whole Grain English Muffin Split and Toasted

Directions:
1. Line small custard bowl or coffee mug with Canadian bacon.
2. Pour beaten egg on top of Canadian Bacon
3. Microwave on High 30 seconds then stir eggs
4. Microwave again for 15 seconds.
5. Top with Cheese.
6. Serve on Toasted English Muffin.

*** Don't overcook eggs. Eggs will continue to cook and firm up after being removed from microwave.
