Prep Time: 1 minute, Cook Time 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup instant oatmeal
1/2 Bananas
Cinnamon
1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Directions:
1. Beat egg and milk in microwave safe bowl until blended.
2. Stir in oatmeal, cinnamon and bananas
3. Microwave on high until liquid is absorbed and egg is set, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
4. Stir and top with yogurt.
May use chopped apples instead of bananas.
