1 Minute Ham and Egg Breakfast Cup


Prep Time: 15 seconds - Cook Time: 45 to 60 seconds - Makes 1 Serving


Ingredients:
1 slice of Deli Ham
1 Egg
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
1. Line bottom of Coffee Cup or Small custard bowl with Ham
2. Pour beaten Egg over Ham
3. Microwave on High 30 Seconds then stir.
4. Microwave another 15 seconds until egg is almost set.
5. Top with Cheese and Eat.

May Top with Picante Sauce to add a little spice.

*** Don't overcook. Eggs will continue to cook and firm up after being removed from microwave.
